"I bought this expecting it to be..."
I bought this expecting it to be decent because it was made out to be fresh and good quality, but it was disappointing. The powder felt weak and kind of stale, like it had been sitting around for a while. Maybe I just got a bad batch, I don’t know, but it definitely didn’t live up to what was promised. Shipping was fine, but the actual product didn’t do it for me.

"Clean powder overall, shipping was just a bit slow"
I ordered from Pure Leaf Kratom mostly because I wanted to see how clean the powder seemed, and it looked clean to me. No strange smell, no weird gritty stuff, nothing that made me second guess it.
The texture was smooth enough, and the color looked fresh, fresh enough that I felt good about it. It also didn’t seem like it had random filler mixed in, at least not from what I could tell just using it normally.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the shipping took a little longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just a little slow, but the product itself seemed good, clean, and solid overall...

My order actually got here faster than I thought it would, so that was a nice surprise. The tracking updated smoothly too. I guess my only small complaint is that I was kind of hoping it would ship the same day, but maybe I was just expecting too much. Overall, happy with it...

My order showed up in a plain package, and there wasn’t anything on the outside showing what was inside. I really appreciated that because I don’t need a mail looking all obvious or extra. Shipping was normal, and everything was packed fine with no damage or weird smell. It was a simple experience overall, but the discreet packaging was the main thing for me.

Customer service was alright overall. They did reply to me, just not as fast as I was hoping. The answer was Helpful enough, but I had to wait around and follow up once before getting it sorted. Not terrible, not Amazing either. would be better if they were a bit quicker with replies

My order from pureleafkratom.com showed up packed really well. The bag was sealed up super tight, and nothing was leaking, crushed, or messed up at all. The box looked clean too, not all beat up like some packages I’ve gotten before. It’s a simple thing, but I definitely notice stuff like that. Overall, I was really happy with how it arrived.

"Hard to Trust the Pricing After One Order"
I ordered from pureleafkratom once the product itself was fine. No major complaints there. But the price felt high compared to other places I’ve bought from, and once shipping and everything else got added, the total jumped up fast. I understand paying more for quality, but this just didn’t feel worth it to me. It kind of made me lose trust in them a bit, because I don’t like feeling like I’m spending more than I should for the same kind of product. Not a terrible experience, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless the pricing made more sense.

I had a frustrating time using the website. It took me longer than it should have to find what I was looking for, and a few pages loaded really slowly on my end. Maybe it was my internet, but I was also streaming music at the time and everything else seemed fine, so who knows. Checkout felt kind of clunky too, like it could use a smoother flow. It’s not the worst website I’ve ever used, and I did eventually get through it, but it definitely needs some cleanup

My bag arrived looking fresh, with no weird smell, clumping, or anything that made me second-guess it. I really appreciate that level of testing and transparency. I’m giving 4 stars only because the safety information took a little digging to find on the site, and I think it would be helpful if it were more front and center...
